PRE-AUTHORIZATION: Reservations require a $100 security deposit. Once your booking is confirmed we'll send you the security deposit request via the Airbnb resolution center. Please note that a pre-authorization will be collected before check-in which shall be fully returned upon check-out unless there is significant damage to the unit.

- If the deposit is not paid we will forfeit the stay no will be money returned.

The space
I have 1 bedroom to rent with a shared bathroom, kitchenette, living room and patio area. This room is for 2 people Max.

The space does NOT HAVE a Full kitchen but does have a kitchenette.

Refresh under an invigorating rain shower and enjoy drinks on the backyard patio. Please expect some noise due to residents living upstairs.

Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited, violation will result in cancellation of your stay or, loss of deposit.
The designated smoking area is outside on patio area

Currently, a family stays upstairs. There will be some noise upstairs being as this is a lower-level unit.
